WINE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome, and thank you for joining the Silver Bell Club Family! To ensure you make the most of your membership, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies, terms, and conditions.
Silver Bell Winery offers wine clubs at 2 tiers: 6-bottle & 12-bottle. There is no fee to join the Silver Bell Wine Club, and you may sign up anytime online, via phone, or by visiting the tasting room. As a member, you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.
All Silver Bell Club Members and the person signing for your wine shipment must be at least 21 years of age.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE
The Silver Bell Wine Club includes two wine shipments yearly, in spring and fall. Membership continues until canceled, with no minimum commitment. You can cancel or modify your membership at any time. By signing up, you authorize recurring charges for the wine shipments. Members will receive an email notification before each billing date to verify details. Membership discounts are based on the level of membership and apply to wine club shipments and purchases.
SHIPPING
As a club member, you receive free UPS Ground Shipping on wine club release shipments and any other shipment consisting of 6 bottles or more. A recipient over the age of 21 must be present to accept all wine shipments. Additional charges apply to other shipping methods. You are responsible for any extra charges for redirected or returned shipments. Carriers will attempt delivery three times before returning orders. Please update your billing or shipping information before the next shipping month. State laws may affect shipping options. We will strive to comply and find alternatives if needed.
CANCELLATION
You are not required to commit to a minimum membership period. You may cancel anytime by contacting us at WineClub@SilverBellWinery.com, calling 509-508-1015, or visiting the winery.
